Brick Alley - Frankfort

Grimey staff, sometimes can be a decent place, but his mostly went downhill. every time and then you get a cool bartender. eating is decent for a bar. it has potential to be a really cooler place. only most employees are inconspicuous. if you don't have her buddy, you wait forever to get a drink, I asked 3 times to close my register card and that took about 15 minutes. they once lost one of my friends cards and claimed that it was not their problem or responsibility if it is literally their problem and responsibility. many of them lack respect and common sense. expect you to hit someone before you get out. if the right people work, it can be a good time. the male bartender must be fired

Eating was really good, we had the Brezel bits with beer cheese, southwesterly egg rolls and the roasted hot dog. corey rocks!

Went here with 4 people and waited at the bar for 30 minutes and was never served. Never even acknowledged our group.Just kept skipping over us to serve their friends. My girlfriend and her friend came up to the bar to see what was taking so long. Again the two bartenders did not acknowledge them. The bartender with the dark hair with green underneath was rude and made no eye contact with any of our group. Yet was complaining about her night to other people at the bar. This was our first visit to Kentucky with our friends that moved here. My girlfriend and I did not get a good first impression thanks to this bar. We ended up leaving after seeing the entire bar served and not us. will not be back.

Went last night, loved the band! and the atmosphere…but one of the bartenders (orange pants, blue/green hair) was eating chicken wings AT THE BAR while working. She was sucking her chicken wing fingers and then making people’s drinks, touching everything in that bar, grabbing straws for the drinks after just having her hands in her mouth. It was disgusting at best, but given the current pandemic it was also negligent and potentially harmful. We made sure to get drinks from the other bar but I’m not sure we’ll go back at all after seeing that. It was horrendous.
