Burger King - Fox Valley

A few days ago, I attempted to order two bacon melts, onion rings, and a drink at this restaurant. My total came to $18.22, and I paid for my order. The woman at the counter informed me that they were out of small meats, so I decided to cancel my order. She assured me that she would issue a refund directly to my card, which I had used to pay for the order. However, it has been a few days and I have yet to receive a refund on my debit card.

I can't say too much because it was a takeout order.
