You have updated the decoration of the restruant, which is really beautiful, but the food is still amazing. I had the Spring Rolls that are fresh and crisp and on my last visit I had the “beef” (tofu) and water circles. It was simply fantastic in taste and texture. I also had the noodle soups and they are also excellent. Do not be afraid of this remnant vegitar, as you lack delicious Asian food.
This place turned my husband and me into Raw Vegan fanatic. At least when we go to eat.... The Raw menu is delish: fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts turn into delicious and very filling dishes. The vegetarian menu is largely Vietnamese type of food with fake meat. Out favorite off that menu is the jump rolls (the peanut sauce is soooo goood and the black pepper lobster (from soy, we call it the sausage because that is how it tastes. It's great! From the raw menu we like the pastas (from Zuccini or coconut and salads. De La Mama is always a treat. The pesto is also great. I just avoid: My Hubby and I are not a fan of raw soups, but my friend loves them so every one of his own. On the cooked menu, the duck is hard like an old shoe. I don't know what went wrong with anything else I tried was good. Oh and dessert when you eat milk you must have the mud cake ice!! On the raw menu is the chocolate chai dessert our favourite!
I came here for the first time and it was AMAZING. I had raw food before, but that didn't seem like raw food at all (except the plentiful amounts of avocado - that I LOVE - that is so indicative of raw food). We got there at 8:30 on Thursday and sat in the "surpass room", which is not as beautiful as the main room, but that doesn't matter. The service we got was friendly, but to be honest, there was not much. There were four of us and we had much more than enough to eat. Admittedly, we drank only water, but the bill (Pre-Tip) came only to $86 and we got two appetizers, a big soup, a big salad, a big duck and a "Taco". All this shave and I am a great fan of Steak served rarely....
