I have visited this McDonald's multiple times now. Prior to coming to this specific location, I was close to giving up on McDonald's altogether because of the bad service and low quality food. Thankfully, the Fountain Inn McDonald's has renewed my trust. I appreciate the friendly service and the hot, delicious food that is served with a smile here. Well done, guys! I am willing to go out of my way just to come here for my McDonald's fix.
I was instructed to drive to the second window at this restaurant. After waiting with my two children for 15 minutes, we gave up and decided to go inside. Once we went in, they informed me that my burger wasn't cooked to the proper temperature. It would have been helpful if they had let me know at the window! When I got home to eat, I realized they had forgotten to include the bottom bun with my burger. Additionally, the ice cream machine was broken.
We decided to grab dinner at McDonald's, but the drive-thru had a long wait. When we finally reached the order machine, there was a delay before the employees greeted us and took our order. Unfortunately, they informed us that they were out of ice cream for the McFlurry I wanted. Despite this setback, we placed our order and paid, but the staff seemed disinterested. We ended up waiting 20-40 minutes for our food. However, a friendly young lady eventually delivered our meals to us.
Got the gravy and biscuits. There was hardly enough gravy to cover the biscuit. Looked like it had been thrown into the container and a little gravy poured over the top. They normally open the biscuit and there is gravy on both pieces. Second timein a week.
