Mad Rooster Cafe - Fossland

Stopped in for breakfast with my friend. The parking lot was nearly parked solid, and we were both expecting there to be a 20-30 minute wait, but we were seated almost immediately. Our server took our order promptly, and our food was delivered to the table, probably within 10 minutes. I tried an omelet on this visit, and when I say it was huge, I mean I should have made two meals out of it.If you've been hesitant to try this place because you always see the parking lot full and don't want to wait, I promise you, it's worth the wait!

I went there on a Sunday afternoon it was busy my waiting time was 40 minutes I got a text message saying that the table was ready went I get inside I still had to sit down and wait for another 10 more minutes I have to go to desk and ask be seated The lady front desk was unprofessional we have to wait more time to be seated so under fair customer service not good at all here. Not turn back to this restaurant ever again. ?

If you are looking to try something new the mad rooster has an amazing menu. They take southern breakfast and put their own twist on it. I had the country fried steak with a chorizo gravy. The food was outstanding. It is not your traditional country fried steak, so do not be disappointed it was still well worth it. The portion sizes are perfect, and the service was amazing. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back.
