As a first-time visitor, this restaurant has quickly become one of my new favorite spots! I absolutely love the option of creating a fresh salad. The service was alright; I did mention to the young lady that it was my first time, but she seemed more focused on what was happening outside. I enjoyed selecting my ingredients to make my perfect salad, and it turned out to be perfect! The base salad, including all the vegetables and toppings, costs $9, and adding protein is an additional $3.59, making the small salad $13. Since it was my first visit, I tried three different dressings and was charged $1, which was no issue. I sampled the buttermilk ranch (fresh), balsamic, and lemon vinaigrette, all of which were exceptionally fresh and delicious! Additionally, the salad comes with bread, and I chose the multigrain croissant, which was outstanding. Thank you Salata for the amazing experience and the incredibly fresh food! I highly recommend it, 10/10.
