Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Fort Worth

Went to pick up food and had about 6 or so different orders, they happened to leave one of our orders out. Went back in to let them know, and they gave me no problem, replaced the missing meal and even gave a couple coupons for the inconvenience! Was my first time to eat there as well! Food was great! Staff was friendly.

We have visited Potbelly on many occassions always hot, fresh, and Yummie! The staff is always professional, very polite friendly. The Soups are amazing they are all my favorite! It's family kid friendly or just a quick date night out away from the kids. We always enjoy our dining. They also support their communities, as I have been involved with them with Fundraising projects with our Eaton BME Academy Booster Club and have experienced nothing but amazing things.

Absolutely delicious!!!!! Fast and friendly service.
