Hooked On Sushi - Fort Worth

(Included photos of similar reviews on google words cannot express how terrible my experience was in this facility, but I will try. I was often treated differently in my 32 years because of skin color; this time it was different. I was with my two youngs. we went around 18:30. Behind us they sat about 4 more tables. when we waited for our food, I noticed that a table before us had received their food. “No biggie, maybe it was a quick order.” this happened again and again until all in the restaurant had their eating except us. at the point that the woman who came after us but sat near us began to question the situation. I spoke to the waiter first. he said, "I don't know what's going on. it’s just the kitchen.” he admitted that we had ordered tables before the others. he showed me this even on his hand machine with the order of tickets and waiting times and actually we were first. with these information I asked myself to look with manager. Hopefully this could be solved. No one came by or responded to my first question. in the did, all on the staff except on the waiter was ignoring us. I spoke again with the waiter; he said that it was waiting for the court. I ordered the same court as the dame that sits with laughs from me, and she got huh. I told him too. After I had requested information and tried to find out what was going on (we had waited for an hour to eat) and received no answer, I went to the stand by, we were rolling the sushi. (waiter had said that he was responsible, I asked before others what was going on with our food. we have not even received suppe or salate. the sushi roll was no help. in which he went back to the back to fight my complaint. I waited patiently for him to come back. I asked again. he said it was the kitchen. it was at this point that I looked around the restaurant and realized that we were the only black people in the restaurant, and we had no food. everyone else was happy to eat apps and main dishes. it was at this point that this occurred to their release of my complaint. like the other guests looked at me like I was a few “Angry black women” when my complaint was more than valid while they ate her. the waiter, luke, who recognized the situation, came over to apologize. he was the only one who found up and down with a shredder of empathy. he said he couldn't do anything as if he was the manager he would. I understand the mood. it was at this place my food and a child's plate finally came out. I asked about the other child's plate, and it finally followed 5 minutes later. I didn't eat my food because I was completely disproportionate, how I was treated, how I made myself feel and how I was ignored/worn. the personal continued ignored the problem, I left my food untouched and told them I would not pay for anything except the drinks. I left the waiter a tip and left without any resolution from the device. I don't write reviews like these in the rule. I'll take it. But there was something that was so different about this experience. as if the one who established himself was in it and it was their usual kind of business. I was here today and met a very gentle giant dude called luke, he was so sweet and friendly to me and my friends. the best server I know can't wait to see more of it. his smile is like the sun! eating is fantastic and I love the ole reggae music.

Tonight was a blast! the whole staff was sweet! the sushi chefs really know what they do! and the waiter makes you feel like home! if I could, I would give 10 stars!

It was my first time here and I absolutely loved it. it's clean. the waiting staff was so much fun. we went to the birthday of a friend and dragged out. we started with sashimi, which was delicious. next we have the garlic-edamame, takoyaki, boggi-frries and some sushi rolls and green muscles. everything was fantastic! I'm looking forward to my next visit.

My first time going and I will definitely return, it was a great calm, chill and relaxing atmosphere! The service was great and everyone was so kind, last but not least the food was fantastic!
