Cousins Bbq - Fort Worth

A trip worth a trip, and one must stop when they are close! I never had a bad experience and everything is delicious. the filled smoked burgers with brisket lunch speciality is the best and the fresh hot pommes are a clip to not mention the BBQ standards!

This place is amazing! After visiting the botanical gardens of ft. worth, I decided to try another BBQ place before we drove to our next station. we are there when they opened, and so beat the crowd. we ordered the three meat choices, the 3 discs brisket, 2 black ribs and 1 German sausage. we have two sides with it, but we wanted to try more so that we had coleslaw (natural) crowned greens, their framed mais and kartoffel salad. all were wonderful. the Slave was particularly good. now, the meat: the brisket was tender and very tasteful, the ribs were fleshy and tasty, and my wife (the sausage butter) thought that the sausage was fabulous. large service at the beacon (it is a walk-up to order and go to their table place) friendly and uplifted. clean and tidy. large photos and illustrations about the walls made for a perfect atmosphere. we recommend this place very!

The food was great. we could try two types of brisket and sausage. we went with the German sausage and the pork ribs (they also offer bark ribs). we will try some of the others when we return. very good smoked taste!

Best potato salad I've ever eaten! everything tastes delicious and the portion sizes are hearty. I was very happy with my meal and I will definitely return. a. highly recommended!

Great food and very friendly staff. If you enjoy burnt ends they have em. Just have to ask for them. If you enjoy broccoli rice, well they have that as well for a side. Ribs are fall off the bone and the rub they use has just the right amount of spice. If you order sliced brisket they will ask if you want it moist or dry. For you rookie BBQ folks, that means leave the fat on sliced brisket (moist)or (dry) cut the fat off. Best part is they are very consistent on taste and quality of their BBQ. If you leave here hungry it's your fault.
