Przekaż informację zwrotnąI haven't been to Wendy's in a long time, mainly because of this experience. I always order a strawberry iced tea, but they keep giving me different flavors instead. They also forgot two sets of chicken nuggets from my order of four 4-for-4s. When I called to get the nuggets, they promised to send me free meal tickets. They said they sent them, but I had to call multiple times over the course of weeks to actually get them sent personally because they never followed through. They seem to always be out of everything, especially cheese. I ordered one of their Pretzel-Burgers, and they didn't address my order correctly; it was just the burger and the bun. When I called to complain, they told me they were out of almost everything that goes on the burger, but didn’t inform me of that when I placed my order. This experience completely ruined my visit to Wendy's, and I won't be returning anytime soon.
The fries were cold and hard, so we returned them. They replaced them with two large, fresh fries, and they were delicious!
No spoons? No problem! My guy Biggie gave me a complimentary small fries and provided the best customer service I've ever had at a Wendy's! I would definitely rate this a 10/10 and will definitely come back!
I really miss the meat from my speckkäse bourbon burger. I miss the bacon, the flavor, and the cheese. What?! I know it’s so delicious that it’s hard to resist!
This location always serves old burger meat or fries. they never get their order right. that is sad that my children love unbreeding, this is the next place the service is müll and management is unfeatured
