Also I love that they carry items for lunch that aren’t so unhealthy like other fast food joints.
There were four cars in line when I pulled up at around 2:00 p.m.. When it was my turn at the menu board the gentleman asked me How can I help you? . I place my order he said okay, then I ordered some TimBits to take home to my children. I then hearsome voices talking from the speaker of the menu board in the establishment and I hear a voice say we 're closed. I then ask You 're closed??? , and he replies to me We 're closed. Not a good way of doing business when the customer pulls up to the menuboard and you ask the customer How can I help you? , and after the customer places their order you tell them you 're closed. Youshould at least let the customer know that you are closed and not ask them How can I help you? The business hours on the drivethru window say open till 5 pm and they closed at 2pm.
First time. Staff was too busy training to give proper customer service, it seemed ok. Maybe I'll try it again to see if the service is any better
Everytime I go to this location something is broke, espresso machine ????, they are out of lots of things, or don?t have hardly any donuts available. I?ve never had a friendly employee and they always act like I am an inconvenience by being there. It?sdisappointing because they have a great location.
I was planning on giving Tim Hortons another chance after all the bad experiences I had at the other units that closed in my city. By chance I was close to this one today. Unfortunately, their headquarters, being in Canada, probably directed this unitto have their dining room closed. Sorry, but my vehicle will not safely fit through a drive thru. Bad business decision inregards to a location in the Midwest. That just says your company doesn't want my money, fair enough.
