McDonald's Restaurants - Fort Wayne

Address says open 24 hours, you have not opened 24 hours. If they are open for business plan to be in line for a LOOOONG TIME! There is always a problem with food. It seems creepy, badly made as a rule. I'm trying to avoid this place that's sad because it's on my main road. Even I don't enjoy the double order of Lanes. The other person always fights me to cut me off. Seriously? Another aspect to make a bad fast food experience! And don't remember to order a shake late in the day because nobody knows how to refill the shaker! I suppose there's a guy who does it in all places and nobody can ever find him.

I've been to this place since I was able to drive, and I think I've officially come here. From the last 7 times I ordered here, my orders were wrong 4 of these times. And I forgot topping his not simple loops. I command the double-quarter fever and they somehow forgot one of the two patches. And of course I never think of checking the bag, so I just notice when I came home. How is it so hard not to forget the two patches on a burger who just has two patches? Also the lines are always as slow, almost as they 're short on people a few days.

I usually enjoy my experiences with every Mc Donald 's, unfortunately this particular location has failed me again and again. It is always a problem with the offer, systems are down, extremely long waiting times, staff is not the polite and the worst is its advertised 24 hours online, but when you get to the site, they only do Door Dash jobs. This is a very ineffective way to advertise your business as 24 hours. Everywhere I do not prefer this place, unless it is an absolute necessity, as my job me in traffic every time of day and night. Food is always great, only needs to work on service and time management!

The last 2 years this location has really gone down hill. The staff are really unpleasant and make it very obvious they don't like their jobs. They rarely get the orders right and then act like you did something wrong when you ask them to correct the issue. I'll drive farther to get better service. Although most fast food service is garbage since no one wants to work.

They are unilaterally deciding what my frappe does or doesn’t have and blatantly ignore the order. When I confronted a manager about it I was told I am “lucky,” when I get anything because I’m not paying for it. My muffin was so dry at the edge it was hard to chew. Are they microwaving the sandwiches? If you have the means and resources, find somewhere else to eat, this place treats is like we are an inconvenience on a good day and like we’ve run over their dog in a bad day.
