Tasty food especially the house made curry ketchup. It is disappointing when a place still charges a credit card fee, I thought that went away with covid in society. Amazing and authentic German cuisine! Got there as soon as they open with my family which was three adults and three kids under three and they charged 18 percent gratuity to our bill. Food took close to a hour to come out was luke warm at best and saw the server maybe a handful of times. We come here often and this is the first time it has been terrible like this and will probably be the last. Over 20 dollars in gratuity for terrible service and luke warm food. Service: Dine in

First the young black lady came to the table dropped off the salads and said, whoever got salads her you go. Then left. I was given the incorrect food not once but twice. After I had taken two to three bits of what I thought was my food I was told it was my friend’s food. Instead of offering her a new order we were told to just switch and eat after each other. So I switch and then told the waitress my food was backed not fried and I just got a blank stare. Again I had to switch with another member of our party after we both were eating the wrong order. No offer to make new meals nothing! Then behind me I hear the young black female tell that table, “I don’t know who gets what gravey, but you guys can figure it out!” This restaurant is too good to lose business because their wait staff doesn’t really care about the service they provide. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere great. I gave the waitress a $35 tip because I knew I would never be back.
