KFC - Fort St. John

I want to give a big shoutout to Brody, the manager (I hope I got his name right), the two girls at the counter who handed me my food, and the entire crew who worked the night shift on August 11th, 2023. I had a last-minute Friday night craving for KFC, and we rushed to the store just before closing time (I arrived at 8:59 and they close at 9, haha). I used to work in customer care and hated last-minute orders, so I really appreciated that the manager and his staff were so nice and gave me plenty of time to decide what I wanted (even though I was in a rush and wanted to order everything on the menu, haha). They had to make a fresh batch, which took another 15-20 minutes. I really appreciate the smiling faces and patience you all showed that night (especially since it was a Friday night and everyone wanted to go home as soon as possible). It was a pleasant experience at your store. Thank you again for setting such a great example of customer service.

The employees at the drive-thru were lovely and courteous! Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the food. Just 20 minutes after finishing my popcorn chicken meal, it made an unwelcome return, which has turned me off from dining at this KFC in the future.

The CRISPY CHICKEN IS ECXELLENT!!! Much better than the regular chicken! Ordered ahead for pick up but still had to wait for the regular Chicken to finish cooking. Let's hope they keep the CRISPY CHICKEN on the menu permanently. It's a WINNER! Fries and sides were great as well.

Extra crispy chicken was great! Potato salad was not good. Tasted bad and left a lingering taste in my mouth.

I still remember I used to work at this place and they will not cooperate with new person instead they backbite about him/her and people are in the groups and make others (new)uncomfortable and have to left the place Never want to be around such people
