Worker did not acknowledge they were open after i got there 5 minutes before open and stood there for 10 minutes. ordered an acai bowl that said it came with blueberries, bananas and strawberries on top. what i got was rock hard açai, frozen blueberries and frozen dragon fruit instead of strawberries. they should have warned me they were going to substitute my toppings, what if i was allergic? i was only able to eat the banana because how frozen everything was. worst 10$

Waited a half hour for my food. Watched the cooks scratch themselves, wipe their bare hands on their a es, then touch the food. One guy put on a single glove, touched everything with it, then picked up a burrito with his bare hand and the gloved hand. Finally got my order and it was the wrong one. Ate it anyway, despite the a -scratching cooks. Didn't have the time to wait for them to fix it. Gross. Never coming here again.

First time going , Beef was flat like it was canned and flavorless . Ordered bomb burrito and chocolate and peanut butter smoothie .I asked for no banana and almond milk after he informed me that they didn’t have soy milk but almond milk .My order had banana and probably was made with regular milk . Smoothie tasted good but not what I asked for. I sat at one of the tables closest to the counter. Spent $22 total.Cashier (tall black guy) Told me they would call me by name . I heard them yell chocolate and peanut butter smoothie but they did not say a name , and there was a lot of people there before me so I assumed it was someone else’s and they would call mine with my burrito .My burrito is called and they say my name , and I hear it . I come to the counter to pick up the burrito and ask about the smoothie. The cashier overhears me talking to the woman there and slides it to me saying “it’s right here “ , then annoyed he says “they called you like three times “ when I say I didn’t hear a name he says “yeah, ok” annoyed and then gets on the phone .Won’t be coming back . No wonder the line was so short once all the people cleared ! I pray if they are going through something that makes them so rude that they get the help they need , but if y’all are just poor at customer service you need to work on that! It’s not just one person complaining about it and there’s comments from over a month ago saying there’s a problem .Just because soldiers are less likely to look at reviews at the PX doesn’t mean you don’t have to worry about your customer service .Vegetarian options: They have but haven’t tried it myself .Parking: PX has parking.

Ordered the lamb/beef gyro yesterday. Worst gyro I have ever had. 2 little slices of meat, couple diced tomatoes, and a dribble of tzatziki sauce. Paying $15 each for pita filled with lettuce is a rip-off. Will not be back!! Shame that this is what our service members are paying for at the Exchange! I would give 0 rating if I could. Very disappointing!
