Rada's Piroscki - Fort Shafter

I've been eating these piroskis since I was in HS. It was a perfect way to fill me up during my struggling college years and I still love them as an adult. Still the same great flavor and at an amazing bargain.

Super fast. Delicious and great price. $9.50 for the luch special.

I got the lunch special with a beef and cheese piroscki and fried squid. It was worth the $8. I found the piroscki and squid to be good but a bit heavy for my taste. For me the real kicker was the salad. It was spring mix like you'd buy in bulk at Costco or Sam's Club, but the vinaigrette it came with it was what did it for me. If Rada's sold their vinaigrette by the pint, I would buy it.

This cute Filipino eatery keeping Rada's dream going. Been eating this Lunch special as a occasional treat for 2 decades. The Calamari, Beef/Cabbage, penance Salad for the win.

A hole in the wall, window service for peroshki and fried squid. 3 varieties of peroshki at a reasonable price that will fill you up.
