Scooter's Coffee - Fort Scott

I come here almost every morning and never really had a problem until this morning when both girls on shift were there way before open, I waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes before pulling to the window to make an order there were 3 cars behind me and two of them left because they refused to do their

Their lattes are my new obsession! I've always been very pleased with their product. They start with great coffee, and build on that. No complaints!

I went to Scooters the day before Christmas Eve. There were eleven cars in front of me. The line moved pretty swiftly. There was very little wait time for the orders. These ladies moved like a well-oiled machine. They were polite, friendly, and courteous. Even with the rush, they remained calm. I definitely recommend the Fort Scott location.

Well I wrote a long explanation of why I'm not thoroughly happy about my first experience with Scooter's. I deleted it. Also don't know why it shows as fort Scott this was in Nevada. To be fair and not to judge anyone specific person I change my rating from a 3 to a 4. Won't hold the whole business completely responsible for one person's actions. Maybe in time we can build to a better experience.

The Service was fast and very friendly!My burrito and drink was very good!
