Ms. Carolina greeted me at the front counter, gave very helpful recommendations, and was courteous with my allergy needs. she is very sweet and made my whole experience worthwhile.

There needs to be a designated spot to pick up mobile orders!!!!I have never had a positive experience here. Whether they didn’t see and prepare my mobile order, ask me to circle the drive though 4 times because they didn’t prepare my mobile order placed hours ago, don’t understand that I’m ordering a seasonal dozen that is literally on the menu and charge me double for something different instead of just asking for clarification, or tell me I need to wait in a ten person line to just pick up a mobile order, it’s never a positive experience. I come back (and regret it every-time) because my clients really enjoy these donuts (and probably REALLY enjoy avoiding these heinous encounters).All I ask is that they implement a designated spot for mobile order pick up to skip all the frustration. Please

Order the number one two donuts and a coffee for 5:49 I believe, service was excellent, no line when I entered arrived at 8:27 p.m. are in store.

Last time I spend my time and money at this spot?? After waiting for over 20 minutes in line, ready to take a bite to find out the doughnuts were cold. Service is always mediocre! But at least before when it was first open the doughnuts were hot and fresh. I rather go to Publix and buy me a box of donuts and heat them at home.

Always good donuts. Wish they had one in Cape Coral.
