Everything we had was phenomenal including the best service we've ever experienced. Our waitress was Wendy and she took the best care of us frombeginning to end and was as sweet as can be. Our bartender Hailey, daytime bartender was amazing delivering the best bloodyMary ever. We had the Surf and Turf and all you can eat shrimp and it was so fresh and huge and the veggies were are fire!! Weare going to be regulars for sure!!! Amazing!! Best seafood in this area and honestly anywhere we've ever tried and that's alot!!
I really enjoyed the music and the food was pretty good. Wait staff was very accommodating. I ordered a side of hushpuppies with an entree of, Lobster roll with butter, (you have 3 options for dipping) that came with Cole slaw and fries. The roll couldhave been softer, but the Lobster was delicious. I also enjoyed a Key Lime apple cider drink.
I'll give it 2 stars for the interior, but that's about it. I ordered the salmon and it had a strange brown exterior on the sides and was way overdone. My wife ordered the sea bass and it was undercooked, not flakey like it should be. Both orders camewth rice that was flattened out in a mold and the fish was served on top. The rice was horrible. I don't mind paying a lot forgood food, but I did mind paying too much for something that's mediocre at best. I doubt we'll be back.
AMAZING! A MUST TRY! Everything was perfect! The noise factor was not so swell. But just don't go on a first date there. Other wise it is a 5 star!
So for background purposes, my wife and I own and run a restaurant back in Wisconsin. We are both very customer service oriented and appreciate it when we visit other restaurants. We also understand that in todays environment that staffing is an issue aswell as getting product etc. We noticed several reviews on this restaurant where someone has stated that service was bad ormenu items were missing to those people I say stop writing reviews on restaurants until our government figures out the multipleissues that small business are dealing with such as supply, pricing and staffing. Now back to the restaurant and ourexperience. One word ?Amazing?. Valentines Day with my wife and it couldn?t have been better. We arrived for our reservationearly and were greeted by AJ (very friendly) who immediately went to get us a table. While he was doing that we spotted two sitsat the bar and decided to take those. (Great Choice) Will and Hannah at the bar were incredible. We ordered oysters for anappetizer and they were excellent. We followed that up with grilled octopus and that was probably one of the best appetizers mywife and I have ever had. Meal was a bone in filet with a lobster tail and shrimp with creole butter sauce and Brussels sprouts.Both meals were perfect and delicious. Cooks from the kitchen personally delivered the appetizers and meals and we met three ofthem all very personable. We also met the head chef ?Tam? and it was a pleasure speaking to him as he is an amazing young manwho has a very bright future. Tam,Will,Hannah and AJ and all of the other wonderful staff at BluWave thank you for a trulywonderful dining experience. We hope to be back soon and the great experience repeats itself.
