Dunkin' - Fort Mill

Wildly disorganized, unprofessional and unbelievably not well managed. I came into contact with 4 employees who didn?t know what was going on. 2 employees standing around drinking their iced coffees and on their cel phones. 2 employees arguing about scheduled hours right in front of me at the register. 1 employee who could not grasp the concept of ?25 assorted munchkins?. She stood there and yelled that she was waiting for me to tell her what kinds I wanted. Worst run business I have been to in a long time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place had no mobile orders and no people were allowed in the store. All they had to manage was a ride-dru line. The ride thru line was not so long not more than 7 cars, but it did not move. There were at least five employees inside that you could see how customers were sitting waiting and staring at the store. After waiting for about an hour in the Auto-Dru line with a total of seven or less cars to get a coffee, I finally came to the window. I ordered a coffee. Then I was two cars to the window. The other people in the two cars have food and drinks. I'll wait five minutes for my coffee. The cup felt light, I opened the lid and realized that it was only half full. I saw something floating in the bubbles and moved the sparing foam to the side. There was a mistake! So bad! I spoke to the manager who started screaming at me that the service was slow because they had to hand out write orders, then they put them in the computer. Then she closed the window. The other employees stared inside. This is the worst customer service I had with Dunkin. I had bad experiences with Dunkin, but that was by far the worst!!!

The creamer in the coffee was curdled. The people with us sent theirs back. My wife had a latte, she couldn't tell it was bad, she drank a little of it and got sick. Terrible experience. We will probably never go to another Dunkin Donuts, ever!

If you want fast friendly service, this is the location. This one is way better than the other location in town. Mornings are always busy, but that means fresh food. The morning shift staff are awesome.

No money, the personal was a little friendly. was not the cleanest I had.
