Burger King - Fort Lewis

Horrible customer service!!! We stayed in line for 10 minutes and right before trying to order the menu changed to lunch. We were denied breakfast for my little boy after waiting in line for so long. Horrible, horrible service right before Christmas!

Today is the third time that we have not been given half of our food smh. This is the worst Burger King in the area.

Please adjust hours went before 8pm (7.15pm)on Saturday and was not open Food and service are great tho

Costumer service -100. Drive through experience was horrible. The lady taking the order was extremely rude barking the total at us. The person at the window shoved the food at us and did not say a word. Went back in a few hours to order kids meal. The milk that came with it was spoiled. Went back inside and politely asked for juice because the milk is spoiled. The guy just handed me juice and did not say anything. Just because this is only of a few places opened on Sundays on base, doesn’t give the management a green light to ignore quality of customer service and food. Super disappointing
