Steelpan Sonesta Fort Lauderdale

We visited steelpan as part of the dine out lauderdale promotion. the menu offered had some great choices and was preferred by our super friendly server. within our group we had flatbreads, conch frittes, short rib and wrench cake. the portions were very generous (no scrimping for the promotion) so it was a great worth at $45 for three courses. the only part of the ac was broken and it was quite warm. the terrace was not open even though it was quite hot there. all in all a very good experience and the trip to the beach is worth it!

My sever was hospitable and mindful to our every need before we asked. Felt extremely relaxed and was left in awe of the details to service we received. She gave us beyond a patron service. Thank for serving. I will be back! I bit semi pricy but the service and delicious food options was worth it!

Rent a private room for a graduation party with 30 guest and Our experience was overall excellent. Amy our host is incredibly awesome. She has excellent interpersonal skills and went above and beyond to make sure our day and celebration was extra special. Manager and staffs were great and very accommodating as well. As a result of such excellent service we dine for a second time the following with just our immediate family and the level of service was as great and excellent.

My husband and I had some great margs and delicious appetizers during Happy Hour. The live music was a nice touch as well! The gentleman playing the guitar was very good. Service was great and the food was delicious!

It was a bit disappointing. We come here all the time to brunch and this day was not it. The food taste terrible, the drinks did not taste good at all and the wait time on food was too long. It was not busy at all which makes it worse.
