O B House - Fort Lauderdale

I would have given zero stars if that were an option. The O-B House has really gone downhill. We have been coming here at least once a month for the past six years. However, in the past year, customer service seems to be their last priority. The restaurant was not willing to accommodate even the simplest dietary restrictions (just leaving off a dollop of hollandaise). When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told to wait and that he would come over when he was ready. Despite not being busy, the manager never came over and was spotted standing around, drinking San Pellegrino and fixing his hair. Upon leaving, the manager was verbally aggressive towards us, showing a lack of care for his customers and even telling us not to come back while his staff looked on and laughed. With so many other restaurant options in the area, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Rude service! Unpleasant staff! No bathrooms available due to rain from yesterday? What's the deal with that? Do they have water in the kitchen for dishwashing? Server refused to answer. Overall, a terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs. There are many other negative reviews out there.

I really enjoyed this restaurant and the food was fantastic. The fish is always incredibly fresh. Also, our server Alyson was amazing! We will definitely be returning soon.

Last year, the customer service of this company has become its last priority. The restaurant was not ready to even leave the simplest dietary wars (which simply leave the dolls of Hollandaise from the top of the plate). When we wanted to talk to the manager, we said that his answer was to let them wait; I'll come when I'm ready. The manager never came by, despite the fact that he was not busy, and we could see that he was standing around drinking from a bottle of San Pelligrino while fixing his hair. After leaving the restaurant, he was alliedly aggressive with my party, showed carelessness for his customers and asked us to never come back while his staff was on and laughing. With all restaurant options in the area, you can save yourself the merging of walking to a facility that does not care about its customers and go somewhere else.

Arrogant service!!! no bathroom today because of the rain yesterday????? What's wrong with that?? Do you have water to wash in the kitchen??? Server would not answer this question. only a terrible experience! Lost your time! many more reviews like this out there!!
