Young's Café Vietnamese Cuisine

Today (30 Jan 2017) I went to had my lunch with my boyfriend at the restaurant around 11:15 am. My server which I don't know her name was so rude. She never came to take care of my table. We ordered big house platter, wonton soup, and pork in the clay pot. When our food came. I asked her to have Pepsi as my drink. After she brought my drink, she never came to take care of our table anymore. Even when my glass ran out of Pepsi, I needed to ask the other female server to refill it for me. That girl is so nice and welcoming. She well instead took care of us. When we finished our lunch, we even asked for to-go boxes from someone else because my server never came to check on us. As soon as we packed our food, my server showed up and put the bill on the table. Our bill is $60 for food plus another $10 which she charged us 18% tips intentionally by herself. As I understand the restaurant usually charges the customers only when they dine in, coming as a group, more than 8 people, but only MY BOYFRIEND AND I, only TWO OF US. However, she did this to me. This is the rudest and worst experience ever. I was local and lived in Foco before. I came to eat at your restaurant very often when I lived here. Now, I move to Maryland and have my own restaurant but came back to Fort Collins for the business trip. I took my boyfriend to try your delicious food at your restaurant because I loved you food. However, she ruined our experiences here. No sorry words from her at all. She seemed and acted like she didn't't care when I asked the man at the register desk to fix the tip for me. She is so aggressive and rude. However, thanks for the man who took care of us and understood my point. I really appreciated your help. I did not have a chance to ask for his name because I was in a hurry to catch up my flight back to MD. As I am the restaurant owner too, I believe you, as the owner, wanna know this story. Not only your tasty food attracts customers to come to your restaurant but the welcoming service does also. I gave five because I considered the food is excellent and the other servers are nice. I hope that she could improve herself next time.

The service is always super fast. Never a long wait for your food if you are a party of four or less. The food here is still really affordable, especially considering the good quality. They can also serve bigger parties, but it's best to make reservations in that case. Everything I've ever tried here is delicious. We especially like the Rice wraps comes with plenty of fresh leafy vegetables and herbs , the crab cheese wontons, the pan fried dumplings, the sesame shrimp, and the cashew chicken. I've also enjoyed their plum wine, they also have good hot tea. But I've never had anything there I didn't like.

I love, love, love this restaurant! If I had to choose one place in Fort Collins to eat this would be it. The food is amazing and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have been going here for years. My favorite items on the menu are the chicken bowl and the sesame chicken. Portion sizes are appropriate and it's priced well. I would not hesitate to recommend Young's to anyone. Thank you for the great service and delicious food.

We absolutely love this restaurant. The food is excellent and the service is prompt and friendly. We always have a wonderful experience every time we go to this restaurant. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff readily offered to allow us to bring in a cake and even cut it and brought it to the table with a candle. Great people and delicious food!

Great service. Had seafood soup for the cold weather, but was just a little too sweet for my taste. But had a great experience. Excellent service. I need to ask... why are you putting guests in the same area? It only makes sense to use your entire space and spread all as far apart as possible to not spread COVID-19. I understand that the area to be cleaned will be larger, but this is the cost of the business in this pandemic. Please use your space to reduce the risk of spreading the virus.
