Pulcinella Pizzeria - Fort Collins

So you say you want pizza...Fort Collins has a ton of places to choose from but Pulcinella’s is absolutely the best! Their sauce is the perfect combination of flavors. Our Favorite pizza is the Campagnola! The wait times can be a bit long so plan ahead, but it is so worth it. My kids have decided that they won’t eat any frozen pizza any more as a result of their love for Pulcinella’s. If this review was helpful please “like” it below.

As a former New York Sicilian I have been around some of the most authentic Italian Pizzarias all me life. If you want authentic style, new twist, or custom they have it all. Fresh ingredients and a warm professional staff. Aguri Mary!

Fantastic pizza. Wonderful service. We called to order no online ordering which was really quite nice. It probably won 't always be that way, but we didn 't mind. The sauce is JUST the right amount of sweet. One minor failing with our order? We wanted double mozz on our Margherita 'za. We don 't think we got it. It 's pretty typical pizza order for me Margherita with double mozz but the first time I 've ordered Margherita pizza from Pulcinella. We also shared a large Pulcinella salad. So good. Just so good. I 'm not usually a fan of green olives, and this salad has both black and green, so good. Maybe because the olives whole are very small and then they 're sliced up, so you never get smacked in the mouth with green olive. I 've never had a medium experience at Pulcinella, and I don 't think I ever will. Dig it!

Best pie west of the Mississippi! Amazing sauce! You can’t go wrong with the large cheese, large pepperoni, or the large sausage!!! Get a side of sauce to dip! If you’re looking for something more, grab some pizza rolls!!! I’ll update with pics sometime in the future!
