Marco's Pizza - Forney

Terrible customer service! Sierra was no help with an online order that was placed. The manager was in the background and wouldn’t even get on the phone. I will not spend money here again. I will also be reporting this to corporate

They said it would take 1:55 min but most likely be a lot less. I took them at there word as it's only Tuesday, not Friday. I called them after 1:30 minutes and they didn't seem to remember my order. Said it would be right out. Got it after 2 hours, could have been a 3rd party delivery service, Ice cold pizza. I can't believe I gave then a 5 dollar tip. Last time I get played.

Trash place with bugs all over the floors. Dirt visible at the entrance all over the floor. Cashier was high out of her

Terrible order, delivery and customer service.I’ve been ordering from Marco’s Pizza in Forney for about a year and a half now, this was by far the worst order/delivery ever. I called placed an order at 6:40pm per the order taker the order would be delivered in 75 minutes. My order of course was late. I called the location, at first I wasn’t sure if I called someone’s home or a professional establishment because the person didn’t have a greeting. I could barely hear them. They didn’t have an ETA on my delivery time. My pizza was sitting still at the location waiting for a delivery driver after the 75 minutes so I already assumed it was cold. I asked to speak with a manager I spoke with Sandra and she insured me that my order will be out for delivery that was already late at 8:15. I live 8 minutes from the location. I finally received my cold pizzas at 8:50pm. I am so disappointed in my order and the customer service, my kids really liked Marcos Pizza until today. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering again.
