L'ambiente è molto carino. Il servizio è cordiale e puntuale. La carbonara è una delle più buone mai mangiate. L'unica piccola pecca potrebbe essere gli arrosticini non all'altezza del primo piatto, anche se abbiamo ricevuto una porzione più abbondante di quella prevista. Comunque, lo consiglierei.

We stumbled across this little restaurant whilst trying to find somewhere to eat on a quiet Monday night after a heavy thunderstorm ! We'd had a wasted drive to Sacrofano looking for somewhere and ended up back in Formello before luckily spotting this tucked away place. Tired and hungry they welcomed us in and bread and wine were on our table within minutes. Realising we were English they brought their teenage son out to help us understand the menu. Frederico was extremely helpful and also set us up on free wifi. They brought out some small slices of a complimentary warm layered vegetable bake which was delicious. In the centre of the restaurant is a covered display full of appetisers where you could help yourself buffet style. My husband and daughter tried these said they were lovely. We then had 4 servings of pasta fettuccine ragu, carbonara, amatriciana and a bowl of chips. All were excellent and the bill was very modest from such a spread. The waitress was very attentive and friendly throughout and most of the other diners were locals who all chipped in with broken English explaining places for us to visit in Rome! We had a lovely time and will definitely be heading back there this holiday

We live in this town and this is our favorite local restaurant for the past 10 years now. Delicious and special dishes with homemade pasta, like the fregnacce alla ciociara, or alla gricia. My kids adore their cheese ravioli. They do excellent carne alla brace and a really nice variety of things to try at the the self service mixed antipasto buffet. Often I make a whole meal out of the buffet. It is a real gem of a local restaurant.
