For the second time, very good evening at Franklin, always well advised and accompanied by Tatiana (we will return for the meal, and for the reception)

Delicious aligot with sausage! Nice and fast service! The vegetarian plate, kindly proposed to the guest who did not eat meat, was however an ode to the Tuche: fries, purée and aligot! (With some beans and rice. It was an opportunity to laugh, but in 2021, it is still better to be able to offer a nice vegetarian plate; but at least it's nourishing and it was delicious!

Excellent restaurant, refined cuisine, gourmet and generous. Our favorite restaurant in Fontainebleau Reservation required.

Very good table, the best liver in the region, listened and friendly staff, fresh products at correct prices. It became our canteen. To test the divine chocolate mousse...
