Texas De Brazil Churrascaria Miami

This would be the third restaurant of this kind that I have been to and I would have to say that it is pretty good. I found the atmosphere of the restaurant to be nice, the service was good and the food was also good. Sometimes at a buffet place like this the food isn’t very fresh but I found it be quiet the opposite. The salad and side bar was also pretty good. I thought they could have had more items on the salad bar but that’s ok I really went there for the meat. The filet mignon wrapped in bacon was excellent. The lamb chops on the other hand wasn’t very good though. For around $50 a person including gratuity I find this to be a good value for what you’re getting. If you enjoy this restaurant I would recommend Chima in Ft. Lauderdale.

Texas de Brazil serves a traditional Brazilian meal churrasco. It is a fun experience serving several different grilled meats (beef from filet mignon to ribs, chicken, turkey, lamb, etc) are brought to your table. There is also a very nice buffet with salads and other dishes. It is an all-you-can-eat place with amazing service and atmosphere. Great for birthdays and big parties.

As a Brazilian resident of Miami I first get excited and then frustrated when places like this open. In Brazil, a rodizio is a place where you go with family and friends for a good meal for a great value. In the USA, they are all too stuffy and overpriced. Service is bad and quality of food low. Most of the time, items on the buffet taste old and the meat selection very limited. Unfortunately this place is no exception. They charge you an already high fixed price for food only and then get you on all the extras. Not worth it.

Great place with pleasant ambience, friendly service, great and flavorful meat choices, wide and superb salad bar (don't miss the lobster bisque), good wine list and tasty desserts if you are still hungry. I'm a loyal costumer of this restaurant and I never leave disappointed. I highly recommend this place!!!
