Pizza Hut - Fond du Lac

I decided to order in person and online as I lived about 30 minutes away and wanted to be sure that I was there as soon as our food was ready to take home. when I placed my order and noticed the $15 price difference that I had just paid (online prices are cheaper) the manager told me that if I did not pay the meals-deal prices, then I will be fully charged. Excuse me? how is that even ethical? He offered me a good-looking look as one to make it, but I refused, because I will not be back. he changed his mind and did the price adjustment I appreciate, but it never would have happened. when I got my food home and discovered the plates of brotsticks that were not even cut, it sent me over the edge of the total disappointment. a shame. after reading earlier reviews I see that I wasn't the only customer left down from this place. so many loving memories to go to the pizza hut in the 90s, and that visit totally ruined the nostalgia of everything.

Pizza was hot and ready when we got there. Pasta was excellent and had enough to feed 4 as advertised.

We've always received prompt service when visiting this location. Food has always been cooked well and orders accurate. Employees have been friendly, welcoming and helpful. They have even offered up advice on what deal we should capitalize on to get the best bang for our buck: I had gone to pickup an online order and the cashier let me know that I could get a better deal next time if I went with their special on dinner boxes rather than the order we had placed. Before COVID, when the restaurant was open for dining in, the manager at the time, Corey, would always come to our table to make sure everything was as expected. One time, he even brought out a pasta that was made in error and offered it to us rather than just throwing it out. Will continue to use visit this location!

Better hospitality I felt unwelcome and overall very disappointed with the customer service. I have been to other Pizza Huts and your service has been great. I feel the management and Fond du Lac Wisconsin is bad there for the experience and not satisfactory and Below Pizza Hut standards
