Cliff House Of Folsom Brewhouse Grille

The restaurant only had tables in it, but we were seated next to each other in a small alcove. This arrangement was so loud I could not hear anyone talk at my table. The table and menus were all sticky. The wait staff did not check on is after receiving our food until we were finished. The food was good, but the poor seating, how loud it was, cleanliness, and wait staff will deter is from ever returning.

I'm sure this place is amazing during the summer evenings to see the view of the river. Decor is a bit dated. Food was good, there are a variety of options.

Our server Jessica was wonderful! She took good care of our party of and made some excellent recommendations. The angel hair pasta with prawns was delicious. And you can not beat the sunsets from the Cliff House.

An excellent setting for a quiet conversation. I and my sister of and years, had not been together without the rest of our family for most of our eight decades. We chose this location, close to her home in Folsom and could not have been more pleased. Of course, we picked a Tuesday after Valentines day and that aided in the ambience that we were hoping for. I feel quite certain that although neither of us expect to do any more romancin , this would be one very good place to start. The food, while not at the top of the charts, has no reason to be down graded. The general mood and flavor of the restaurant, was surprisingly favorable. The neighborhood does not imply any high brow amount of fine dining but surprisingly they have achieved that flavor with aplomb. And yes, I'd go again.
