Starbucks - Flossmoor

I work at the hospital next door and had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. The server asked me not to pull up so quickly after she took my drink order, which she then forgot. The staff here was extremely rude, with the exception of Melissa, who was a pleasure to interact with.

Kema (I believe that’s her name from her name tag) is fantastic. She is incredibly friendly to everyone. When she noticed that my drink was made incorrectly before handing it to me, she quickly remade it. Unfortunately, my drink spilled all over the place while I was sitting. She was exceptionally kind, made me a new drink, and handled everything with a warm smile.

This restaurant has a great location and the service is excellent. If there's ever an issue with your drink, they fix it immediately and without any hassle. They quickly corrected my drink when it was supposed to have vanilla sweet cream instead of foam. Overall, it's always a quick and easy experience.

The drive thru service is a little bit slow but it is ok. Staff was friendly.
