Jimmy John's - Florissant

This Jimmy John's used to give really fast service, but over the last few months they have gotten really slow. Slow to take your order through the drive thru slow making the sandwich. O used to go twice a week. I haven't been back in over a month.

Ordered my food on app. Never got ready notification after 40 minutes so I go pick it up. I find this. Can someone tell me if this is a lil John cut in half?? I also didn't get cheese on it so I had to park and go into store. Ask for it to be made correctly and got the same thing again. Not going back to Florissant location.

Yes BUT I just ordered tonight got 2 Vito sandwiches with extra Vito (meat) well if I didn't order extra there would be no meat at all. 1.75$ extra charge no extra meat that I see.

Freaky Slow! Placed an online order and it took almost 2 hours. Inside is filthy. Customer service was good though, but maybe that’s because they had obviously just smoked some weed.

Usually great service… went tonight to pick up my order with two sandwiches, waited at the speaker for 10min before just pulling upto the window and sitting for another 20 min before going inside to pickup an online order.. 5 staff members on the inside l. One even walked upto the drive thru window multiple times and didn’t open the window to help us
