Chimis Fresh Mex - Florissant

I’ve visited many Chimis locations and this one in Florissant is by FAR the best location ever. I order take out at least twice a month and dine in often and have never had a mistake on my food. Tonight there was one error in the food and they replaced the entire order when I only really wanted the one item fixed. Their customer service is top notch and I’m really happy I found this location. It’s absolutely worth the drive, and if you live close you should consider supporting this businesses if you don’t already.

Restaurant was crowded but we were still seated on time, the food came out fast and it was delicious. Will return!

My sister recommended we go to Chimis for dinner. The food was great. The service was just as good. I'm going back.

I got my food in 3 minutes no exaggeration. This place is also spotless clean and really beautiful inside. In all of St. Louis this is my go to because the chicken chimichanga is delicious.

Decided to dine in after not going there in months. Great to see it busy. Food was great, however, didn't seem the same. For what we ordered, it seemed like the portion was considerably smaller than what I remember.My rice and beans were missing too.Also, I wanted a drink made with vodka. We asked the server did they have vodka, he said no. I saw, plain as day at the bar, an entire fifth of Smirnoff.Also, when we go our check, something seemed off, so we asked another server for a menu and went over everything. The server was hovering the entire time, until my wife advised him he didn't have to do so because it was busy and we were sure he had other tables to take care of. That was really uncomfortable. For the $50 spent there for my family and I to eat, our experience could've been much better.As good as my meal was, as well as my family's, I felt a little disappointed. Kinda feeling like the overall quality of service in Florissant restaurants is starting to slightly go down.
