Panera Bread - Florence

The service is the worst that I have experienced in a long time and the food was thrown together. That specific store needs a major overhaul.

Unclean, unstocked and just kinda dirty. Floors were so sticky. Most unkept Panera I’ve ever been in.

Half the order was wrong went back to have it repaired they offered to remake the whole dish sat there waiting on them to fix it go back to check they haven't even started on it no one knows who's supposed to be fixing it go to the manager she refunds our money for half the order and then offers a cookie for our troubles most definitely will not recommend it to anyone else or return

Food was overpriced and did not look great. The tables were all dirty it was hard to find a clean one and there were not many people inside at the time. No straws at the drink counter. The bathrooms were both out of hand soap. 2 entrees and a kids meal cost $50 and looked thrown together.
