I only purchased a coffee (which was good) from this shop and then bought ice cream for our two young children (they had a great selection of flavors). However, I was impressed by the wide variety of food and drinks available! The menu ranged from packed lunches to hot meals, and I could have easily satisfied my picky eaters, but we had already packed our own picnic for the day. I highly recommend this place as it is well-priced and offers a fantastic selection.

We ordered three meals on a quiet Saturday and found the prices to be very reasonable. However, two meals arrived after 25 minutes, and the manager informed us that the third meal was on its way after 45 minutes. We decided to leave as we had given up on waiting, but before we could go, the manager offered us a refund. We noticed other customers having issues and calling the manager over. It seemed that despite her efforts, the manager lacked experience in running a café and her staff appeared to be quite young. The food that did arrive was well cooked, but the menu was very limited.

Despite the odd layout of the serving hatch the food was good and not bad value, we seemed to arrive at a busy time and could only find a menu once we had reached the serving hatch after queuing for a few minutes. A prominently displayed menu would have been a help.

The friendly staff served reasonably priced, high-quality coffee. The cleanliness of the restaurant was top-notch. The hot chocolate was absolutely delicious and the kids enjoyed it. It was a great place to relax and warm up after walking for 2 hours in 2°C weather.
