Laredo's Mexican - Flint

I was disappointed with my experience at this Mexican restaurant. The tortilla was burnt and the hot sauce was watery. Additionally, I was unable to enter the building.

This was the worst experience ever at this restaurant. We called ahead and the waitress said it would take 10 minutes until our order was ready, but we ended up waiting 30 minutes. We gave her a $5 tip and she said she would be right back. However, she took orders from 3 cars that pulled up behind us before coming back to ask us to move to a different parking spot. We then waited another 15 minutes before finally getting our food. When we asked how much longer it would be, the waitress began yelling at my wife over the phone and claimed we were at the bottom of the list even though we had called over an hour ago. This was unacceptable and we asked for a refund. The waitress brought out the bill, took the money for the meal, and ran inside, leaving us feeling disrespected and threatened. After waiting for 11 minutes with no apologies, we decided to leave. I will never return to this restaurant and will strongly advise others to avoid it as well. It is unfortunate as I have been a loyal customer for years.

The authentic food at this restaurant is deliciously tempting, making it hard to resist ordering more. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and kind.

This place is excellent. much better than they put typical Mexican restaurants

My parents love this place, I however do not. The service was friendly. I ordered a burrito in roast beef, they were out of steak. The burrito was the size of a dollar store burrito with nothing but roast beef and potatoes for $9, totally unexpected and strange. I've had better Mexican food at taco bell.
