Przekaż informację zwrotnąI DoorDash pretty often. I regularly have issues with missing food. I called, the girl on the phone kept talking over me and interrupting me. Pushing blame on to the driver. When I asked what their policy was to notify customers they were out of something, she said it is on the driver to ask/know this information. Huh?I called the driver as well. She said there was only one bag for me sitting on the counter so she thought the food was in the same bag as the drink like it usually is when she delivers for Starbucks. (I order enough to know that is true. Usually food and drink come in the same bag) According to the Starbucks employee my food was sitting on the counter in front of her. The bag I received said “item 1 of 1; items in order 2” The driver can’t open the bag because it is sealed, the way it’s supposed to be. So how was she supposed to know the sandwich was not in there?I don’t have issues when I go inside/through the drive thru. Only when I get delivery.The attitude of the girl on the phone has made up my mind tho. I will never be coming to this location ever again.Why would I shop somewhere where the employees get rude to frustrated customers? Like this keeps happening with only your location and I am over it.
This is my favorite Starbucks! The food beverages are great. The employees are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is awesome. It has a comfortable lounge area, a covered outdoor seating area and a comfortable inside eating area.
I’m not the one to complain but this is hands down worst Starbucks in Jacksonville If you order online be prepared to wait another 15-20 minutes when you get here it’s absolutely ridiculous I’m not exaggerating but don’t come here if you can they are terrible at mobile order time accuracy!
My husband just went by there today to get us latte’s. I had the sugar cookie almond milk latte and he had the caramel brûlée. The worst coffee’s we have ever had from Starbucks in Fleming Island. They left the whip cream off of his. Both of our coffee’s were just blah. Mine had no taste and wasn’t sweet!!! His was cold.
My husband and I decided to stop for a quick breakfast. We went inside because we had time before our next contract. The lobby was half full at first, but we were in no rush. On 1/24/24 around 9:10am I sat and watched the 4 person Starbucks crew clear out Uber eat orders, drive thru and 25 in person orders in like 45 minutes! Like there were moving fast and working together with orders still rolling in. I was impressed with the flow the crew has! It looked like clock work. The atmosphere was good , customer service was outstanding and the food was ok! We ordered the Gouda sandwich each which tasted ok! I know they can't help the menu, but only serve. I also had an organic apple juice and hubby had a kombucha for a drink. I'm not a coffee drinker at all, but I love the smell! We will return for the superb service!!
