I waited at the front counter for 15 minutes while the cashier stood off to the side, completely ignoring me. The lack of customer service was disappointing.

The food was excellent, but the service was poor and the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food and the service from the person taking orders at the front desk. The taste of the food isn’t as good as at other Honest branches. Additionally, the contact information listed on Google is incorrect. I spent 20 minutes trying to reach them at two different numbers to place a pickup order. When I tried to inform the owner about the issue, he casually acknowledged it was wrong but didn’t seem concerned enough to update the information on Google. As a regular customer at all their branches, I expected better.
