Briny Bay - Five Islands

We stopped in during our travels at about 5:30 with 3 children. When we entered there were only two other patrons in the restaurant. We ordered 2 pizza and fries to share. After an hour and watching several other patrons enter and be served food quickly we inquired about the delay as sitting for over an hour with 3 hungry children is difficult. We were told they are overwhelmed with orders and it would still be at least another 10 minutes. After an hour and 10 minutes we finally decided to leave without food. While we sat there we watched a group come in to play music who were served pizzas and a family next to us. While we waited we watched another patron ask for a refund after waiting an hour for an order of chicken wings. It was tough with 3 hungry kids to leave but we drove to the local Tim Horton's for some food. Based on this experience we would not recommend this restaurant if you have children...as they were overwhelmed and there were 3 tables of patrons.

We stopped breakfast during the 75km yardsale in July. The Tiny Briny was great! Delicious houseries, daughter especially loved the fried Bologna. A pop for the atmosphere
