Buffalo Wild Wings - Fitchburg

I visited the restaurant late at night after a meeting and sat at the bar. I enjoyed a few beers along with the chili nachos, and the food was excellent. They also offer an impressive selection of beers. The bartender was fantastic, although I regret not catching his name. Overall, I would rate the food as a 5/5.

It was freezing, it would have been almost warmer on the terrace. slow service despite empty space. eating was müll (as always, my expectations are low) drinks were expensive and very watered. forever, but eating was kind of cold when it came to us. it wasn't that terrible last time. the only joy I got that I have the “please wait to sit” sign to “please sit down themselves” on the way out.

Due to the wait for our drinks, we had to delay our meal. After we finished eating, I had to seek out our waitress to find out who would assist us, as she had left and another waitress had taken over our table. Getting the bill also took some time. Overall, I would return to the restaurant; nothing significant happened to deter me. However, I do think I would expect a bit more attentiveness in terms of service next time.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I specifically called ahead to inform them of my gluten allergy, and when I inquired about the fries and tater tots, the staff assured me they were gluten-free. However, when our food arrived, I didn't receive the side of sauce I had paid an extra dollar for, which was frustrating. Additionally, the tater tots did not appear gluten-free; they looked like they had been baked. I later discovered online that they use the same fryer for all their fried foods. It would have been helpful if the person I spoke to on the phone had mentioned this, but it wasn't brought up. As a result, I spent the entire night in extreme stomach pain from the fried foods. To make matters worse, our meal arrived cold and lacked flavor. Since we used DoorDash, I don't believe this was the fault of the delivery service. In total, I wasted $40, and I am extremely disappointed.

We had to hunt down our server to get our missing food, and we're waiting for way longer than we needed to for anything cause staff was too busy fooling around. There were delivery drivers waiting for assistance and there was no front host to help them or even the few customers who came in to try and dine in before they got frustrated and left. Our chicken that we had ordered was dry and hard. My chicken fell out of the breading it was coated in.
