Normally when I think of food prepared in this way, I assume it is for a detox or when I’m trying to be healthy however Rough Bare really know how to make extremely clean and healthy food very well with delicious flavours. Which means, this is food I could eat any day of the week! Nutritious, gluten free, wholesome food without compromising on flavour and aesthetics. Great spot with plenty of seats inside and spacious enough for high chairs. Attentive and friendly staff, ensuring we were happy with our seating and even offering a blanket for extra cushioning for my toddler’s seat. Love how the front of the cafe is all glass to allow in natural light and create a real open space. 2hr free parking in the multi-storey carpark just across the road, otherwise plenty of metered street parking.
This place is definitely a hidden gym! I absolutely love all the dish that I ordered here. It is full of nutrition yet was super delicious!. coconut iced latte $7.9. The coffee doesn't taste like a regular coffee I usually have. The coffee was not that strong but it was rather rich. The coconut ice cream on top adds creamyness to the coffee that actually makes it taste better!
This cafe is one of my favorite cafe in Sydney. I think their all food are so unique. For example, this gorgeou looking chocolate hotcake is plan based. And the ice cream on the top is coconut ice cream. This is so delicious as well. If you want to try something unique food, this cafe is definitely for you.
Perfect place for brunch if you’re looking for unique and healthy dishes. Despite how healthy they are, the portions sizes are huge so you know you’ll be full and satisfied afterwards. For example, the breakfast bowl came with a HUGE slice of pumpkin. I also really loved the beetroot hummus in the bowl, definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. Only complain is I wish there was more of it! Make sure to try their pastries too, they’re healthy and not too sweet so they’re perfect for a post-brunch treat.
