Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Just got boneless wings from the drive thru. The salad had brown lettuce and rooted vegetables. The boneless wings were hard as rocks and just as dry. Bad location apparently

I mainly wanted to recognize Alexa. I had accidentally left my purse behind and called immediately upon realizing it. She stayed on the phone with me and walked to the table I had been at and retrieved it. She secured it in the office. She was awesome. Please give her employee of the month and extra recognition for such great customer service.

I absolutely love their Asian salad. I was so happy to see it back. The egg roll wasn't as good as the first time I had it though, it was soggy and overcooked. But, the salad did not disappoint.

Had to keep returning our egg rolls it seemed like the grease they had been cooked in was very well past it 's life and after 2 repeat tries we simply gave up. They came out dark brown and very hard nothing like an egg roll . We had a similar experience with the chicken strips in the past but, never will ever again. Felt like cooks aren 't trained properly and grease ethics should be changed because, you can 't sell and keep your business going with the sale of uneatable food when your business is based on sales of eatable food (because, no one will eat it and keep returning to not eat it when they went there to eat) we went there to eat not to play 'return of the uneatable .Wheelchair accessibility: Easy Wheelchair accessible tables .
