Dunkin' - Feasterville Trevose

I had a disappointing experience with the wraps I ordered. I placed two orders, and the first one arrived half assembled, with the outer edges hard and stale. The second wrap was better put together but it was burned. I spent $20 on delivery and couldn't even eat the meal. The customer support was terrible as well; I had to respond to automated questions and received no help from their bots. On a positive note, the coffee was warm, but overall, it was a dreadful experience.

This place is fantastic! While the donuts can occasionally be a bit stale, they always had that perfect crunch when I was younger. The original glazed ones are a must-try. I especially love the iced coffee here—it's honestly better and cheaper than Dunkin'. They also have a great selection of non-dairy milk options. The coffee rolls, bagels, and hash browns are all delicious and just a few minutes away. It's impressive! The customer service is incredibly friendly, and they even recognize me by name.

I will never buy anything from there again. I gave them several chances, but my bagel was burned and the hash brown was reheated. I'm really disappointed.

Thay always make sure my coffee is made the way I like it...and very nice people.

Great customer service. They messed up my sandwich and were very polite in making a new one and even gave me a donut.
