Carosello - FASANO

I hope that this is the right place I refer to, as this has not been claimed by the restaurant operator. I refer to the restaurant in the rocco forte masseria torre maizza. called carosello. in the large building complex of the hotel is this very beautiful high-end restaurant. the food was excellent (especially salt fish) and the deserts are wonderful. service was very nice, although sometimes a bit of this wonderful Italian delight when it was about eating and wein went back. a place they must visit when in the opposite! two tips: the current address associated with this list seems to be wrong ... they use the address from the rf hotel. when they go here, they plan time for an apero in the bar and enjoy excellent piano music combined with a large wine and cocktail list.

I am referring to the restaurant in the Rocco Forte Masseria Torre Maizza ... called Carosello. In the vast building complex of the hotel is this very nice high-end restaurant. The food was outstanding (especially the salt fish) and the deserts are marvelous. Service was extremely nice, although sometimes was holding back a bit of this wonderful Italian enthusiasm when it comes to food and wine. A place you must visit when in the area!! Two tips: The current address associated with this listing seems to be incorrect ... use the address from the RF Hotel. When you go here, plan time for an Apero in the Bar and enjoy excellent piano music combined with a great wine and cocktail list.

Its a really nice location with beautiful ambiance. Staff was very kind and helpful. However, food is nothing special its tasty, but we expected a bit more. Pasta was a bit too salty, carpaccio was plain as taste, deserts were okay, but not the magical Italian taste you would want.
