Merk's Place - Farmville

Excellent food and service. Love the environment reminds me to eat in restaurants when I was a child! Great feeling home that doesn't feel too full. I got the cheese steak sandwich and it was very good. Everything was fresh. Waitresses are all very nice and the owner makes a lot of effort to do an excellent job. Very recommended if you are looking for a comfort food location. Also very diverse menus? Icebar is great!

The restaurant was nice. The food was just okay and the portions were too small. We ordered the fish food and only got a small piece of fish. We got hamburgers at McDonald's.

A very nice place to have a good meal. A cozy stand or an open table with options to be from a large window room or a stand with some privacy. The staff is great. Friendly and attentive. Overall a good place to take a bite. I also recommend breakfast. Always a good breakfast there.

Took my out-of-town family there for breakfast. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! It's the best place in Farmville to have breakfast during the week.

Today was my first time eating at Merk?s Place in Farmville VA. All the wait staff are very friendly, and there are some humorous signs in this restaurant. I liked my salad, and it had loads of cheddar cheese. The menu has quite a large selection of meal choices, and I even splurged by getting a slice of delicious coconut cake!
