Sumo Grill Sushi - Farmington

The service was fast and the food was pretty good. The salmon cutting roll and tuna cutting roll lacked a little in taste, but I think I would have got rolls with more ingredients. They were super helpful with my gluten-free requests.

We were looking for a good Pho place in NM and I think we found him. The soup was very tasteful and the shrimp can be added if necessary. My husband had the chicken, I had the rare steak. The only thing I didn't like is the pork rolls. They tasted too generic... For example, we had lunch in Teriyaki Chicken on the other day and their egg rolls tasted like Sumos. There's no... Unique for the appetizers. We also use to garnish eggs, but these are other Vietnamese restaurants in AZ. Also I didn't like our server to have conversations with the next table after our order... I didn't mind, but if they wanted to talk, it should happen in their own time after our order was placed in the kitchen. I wanted to give place 3 but the soup and the other friendly staff for the extra star. I'd go back for that. Egg rolls but... I'd go...

Needs a quick dinner during the trip and good this place! Sushi was good. Portion sizes are quite large, so no worries. I accidentally order too much bc I know the quality sizes. Get your business! Enjoy!

Came here on Friday 3.12.21 my mother I had a late lunch here, for appetizers we ordered the shrimps spring rolls 2 orders of pork rolls. (High recommendation) My mother ordered the Pho w/brisket meatball. I had the California Roll, Golden California Roll. The Golden California reels were delicious. The food is great. Only below it took them 10 minutes to get my order, but here others got their orders before they got sushi. Overall, food and service was good.

Great atmosphere, great staff, great service, great food, good prices! This was my first time in here and I loved it! I'm in town visiting and my nieces wanted to come for sushi. One of them wanted to try raw fish in hers for the first time and waitress was super helpful going over the menu and helping us choose rolls that would meet everyone's tastes and help introduce raw fish in a simple way without being too much. We got a Caterpillar, a Spider, and a Sumo and they were all delicious!
