Nardelli's Grinder Shoppe - Farmington

I ordered three sandwiches and the service was good. When I got home, one of the sandwiches had mayonnaise on it even though I didn't request it. I returned to the restaurant to purchase another sandwich, and they recognized me from my previous visit. They made a new sandwich for me and apologized for the mistake, and did not charge me for the replacement.

I am pleased to see that vegan options have been incorporated into the menu at this restaurant. The ambiance was lovely, the staff were friendly, and there were plenty of choices available. I particularly enjoyed the vegan Italian combo wrap that I ordered.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The service was quick and the food was delicious. I ordered the 6 Meatball Parm Grinder/Sub and it was fantastic. The meatballs were cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. I also indulged in a slice of cheesecake from their dessert case, which was also excellent. Overall, this sandwich shop exceeded my expectations with its fast service, reasonable prices, and high-quality food. I will definitely be returning here often.

I go to Nardellis since I was a child (in Waterbury). When I moved to Unionville, that was the next place for me. We've been here since autumn 2020. Eating tastes just as good as some of the original Nardellis sites. Sitting inside is somehow strange with a long narrow hall where you can sit, but then press for the bathroom or go outside. You never have something special like the other locations. In the last 2 to 3 visits, customer service was no longer fun. An employee had no idea how to change, sandwich order slightly wrong the soda machine was made of ice and the drinks were room temperature. This place STAYS packed with lunch Mon Fri.

Decent place with decent grinders. Staff is very friendly. Their cheescake is very nice.
