I almost have a stop in Carol's lunch box; I had already passed when I ran into a big traffic jam and so went back, and I am so happy I did. It was 5 minutes to finish, but there was Carol and her sister Paula, and they welcomed me as if I was her first client of the day instead of her last. I ordered a simple hot dog with brown mustard and the red onions and sauce so popular with the sabrette 's dog I'm used to on the street, but Carol immediately spoke to her hot red relish (Carol: She 'll relish it!!!) She had a million of them during my visit. But the highlight of my lunch was indeed her hot dog. In fact, it is made on site, she told me exactly the right plumpness and full of beef and pigs, and with mustard, onions and their red sauce, it was a perfect dog, only through how I was cultivated. If you are in the area of this spring, please stop and enjoy a hot dog as God intended to serve it. You're not sorry. Thank you, ladies.

We love Carol's and we'll take every excuse. Carol treats everyone as a friend, and the whole food is made to order and tasty. The hot dogs have a great crunch that causes problems with the blows that skip with your bite! What a delicious problem. The menu is simple, but it is a bit of dog place and they have a wide selection of toppings.
