Mcdonald's - Farmers Branch

The restaurant location itself is good. The customers weren't. There was a man talking VERY loudly on speakerphone to where you could hear him perfectly from every corner of the restaurant. Another customer had a video turned up SO loud. you couldn't hear anything else besides the man talking and the video. ? Management should have asked them to keep the volume down.

Either the people who make the food can’t read or refuse to read. 0 quality control and they basically ignore your order give you something entirely different. This happened multiple times. Not to mention, they steal . You order a medium but still get your drink maybe half way filled. Paid extra for what? You order an egg cheese BISCUIT for what? Only to be randomly given an egg and cheese biscuit with MEAT on an English muffin. ?? if you can’t read the order transcript in English you should probably not work for McDonald’s.

It said drive through is closing at 1.. in fact, it closes at 11:30pm

Mc donals is very busy most of the time and good foodKid-friendliness: Kids love to play and don't eat much

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Spicy McChicken was made to order and perfectly cooked all the way thru. Fries were salted to perfection, crispy, and fresh out of the fryer, but not dripping grease. Coca Cola was not overly carbonated and had just the right amount of ice.
